Presidents report: SWIBA had 73 members in 2001-2002.  We had the highest % in attendance at meetings.  Dick Redman is the new IBA magazine editor.  Look for some new sections in the magazine.  IBA dues must be paid by Nov. 14th to be included in the directory.
